What classier cable to use when hooking your iPod up with your home stereo than Monster Cable's custom iCable interconnect? Your iPod is capable of delivering audiophile-quality sound, and the iCable uses Monster Cable's latest technologies to deliver a connection that maximizes the transmission quality of your digital music while being rugged enough for portable use. Just plug the minijack connector into your iPod's headphone jack and connect the RCA jacks into any pair of left/right analog inputs and you're ready to rock. It even comes with a handy, road-ready carrying pouch.
The iCable's straight-cut turbine RCA and split-tip pins provide excellent contact pressure at the component end, while its 24k gold contacts ensure high signal integrity at both ends. Further, the interconnect's twisted-pair XLN technology offers superior noise rejection--important when connecting your iPod in an environment that's high in radio-frequency or electromagnetic interference. A gracious, seven-foot length accommodates tricky stereo hookups.

Customer Review: Monster Cable 126130 iCable for iPod
I don't believe this is a Monster Cable product. The RCA connections didn't fit the female connection firmly.
Customer Review: What a bad product . . . and example of customer service!
This is a long-time coming, but man is this product bad! The male piece that fit into the receiver either don't fully engage (like they did on mine) or if you get them to engage, when you try and take them off they actually disengage the female pieces from the receiver (like they did with my brother's who coincidentally needed a new receiver!). Apparently, there's a third option, where people actually get it to work. At least that's what I infer from the fact that some people wrote positive reviews for this product. Well, I had it out with their customer dis-service department and they kept sending me the exact same piece that wouldn't work. After the third replacement cable failed to engage, Monster replaced it with another monster cable that works great . . . but it was $10.00 cheaper and Monster failed to adequately explain the price difference. The warranty person convinced me it was better . . . hell it worked . . . that's better! But, he was never able to convince me why they charged $10.00 less for a "better" cable. They never issued me the price difference! Maybe they thought I would want to keep the old cable that didn't work and we would be even? I will still buy Monster . . . until I find a better cable out there, which I hope happens soon. Please let it happen soon!
